These new generation battery chargers give visual indication of charging rates, end of charge, battery fault etc. These battery chargers are generally designed to charge batteries removed from a product, for rapid charging. The battery is then placed back into the product after charging.

Chargers in the LAC range are designed for rapid battery charging only, in cyclic use applications, such as power tools, portable instruments, toys etc where the charger is disconnected when charging is complete, ie not recommended for standby or continuous float charging. An end of charge LED is supplied as standard on this product.
